Performance Optimization Program

If requested, during our Executive Leadership process, we help executive teams identify the strongest present and potential contributors to the long range success of their organization. Even though many organizations have an on-going employee evaluation program, it is often an inadequate indicator of the company’s talent. We provide tools and processes to help the executive team evaluate their organization’s talent and performance pool, then prepare and execute plans to improve overall results through individual and group performance building.

High-potential employees are the keys long range company success. Once identified, we begin systematic group or individual coaching programs to boost each individual’s focus and overall performance. This typically involves our In-ContextTM coaching program.

Our evaluation processes also help identify employees who are not performing to standards. We help the organization’s executives and managers set new performance goals for these employees, develop an improvement plan, and follow-up to make sure performance improves. Frankly, we find that many managers are aware of poor performance in an employee, but have failed to act to correct the deficiency.
